New Business:

John spoke about the new building at the Pioneer Village Museum, as well as the Ojibwe Village. There will be grand openings for both, hopefully in the fall of 2026. He’s hoping for attendance from the Governor, and larger media outlets. This is a 2 million dollar upgrade to the Cameron community. After the main building is open, they plan to be open year round. This is a massive promotion for the Pioneer Village Museum and the village of Cameron. When asked what we can do as a group to help support, he replied; marketing, spreading the word, and attendance in general.

Ben proposed a networking meeting for the CBA at the Pioneer Village meeting in August for our local businesses and members.

Camerama: Cory stated he would like to do the street sale again. Ben asked about blocking the street off. Other Camerama activities possibly still happening: Pancake breakfast, Horse pull, Chili feed. June 5th-7th 2026.

Fundraising: Suggestion made to consider fundraising to hire a brand manager to help accomplish our coal of marketing and philanthropy in Cameron and surrounding areas.

Next Meeting: Monday, December 15th at Blackmarx @ 6:00 p.m.

The meeting was adjourned.
