Street Sale
- Banner – will aim to have across street next year, with poles put up in green space next to Blackmarx and Main Street Barbershop
- Send out a letter to Main St businesses saying that the street will be closed and ask for an in kind donation
- Duties: Park vendors, Tim; Position music wagon, Gen
- Radio Ad will be playing
Truck or Treat
- Amy print out mailing labels for Tim for outgoing letter

Holiday Decoration Contest
- Parade is 1st Saturday in Dec 6pm
