Old Business

Welcome to Cameron Sign
- Approved location from village, easements provided, they will mark out the space approved.
- Will store polls at village shop until ready to use, village will provide ground maintenance, and will help find location for other signs
- Applied from grant from Community Bank
- Get design to Danny for updated estimate
- Cliff Excavation will install poles,
- Poles off Stella property by 10/1/24
Street Sale
- Temp street closure applied for
- Currently at 14 vendors and 3 food trucks
- Need wagon update from Greg or Cory states he can obtain a flat trailer
Truck or Treat
- Defer to the next meeting. Need date.
National Night Out
- Per Chief Adam – canceled until 2025
- Touch base Jan/Feb 25

Holiday Decoration Contest
- Amy/Ben volunteer to judge, suggestion to have Village Board do the judging.
Tree Decorating
- Trim tree in October before cold, just the lights?
- Need more lights
