Old Business

• Welcome to Cameron Sign

  • Sign Committee Formed: Cory, Ben, Gen, John

  • Will meet at CHS at 6pm June 25th.

  • Things to consider:

    • Life expectancy, site prep costs, overall size

  • Stella Jones will donate untreated, treated cost per foot

  • Goal install date Spring ‘25

  • John will look into grant opportunities

• Camerama Recap

  • Market business members during events next year?

  • Parade

    • Had 20 entrants with a even mix between businesses and civic organizations

    • Map for next year, possibly line up at school?

  • Car Show

    • 67 cars registered , was well-received

    • Add kids events next year e.g. bounce house, hot wheel derby/race

• Street Sale

  • Music

    • Budget discussed, suggested:

      • Banner – $800 (reusable each year)

      • Westin (music) $250?

      • Facebook Ads – $100

• Truck or Treat

  • Deferred to next meeting

• National Night Out

  • 1st Tuesday in August (6th)

  • Mosaic possibly looking for help to run

    • Donations

    • Space to host

  • Amy call Deanna and offer 5-6 people to help at event

  • John will talk with Chief Adam about group helping out
