Old Business

• Welcome to Cameron Sign

  • Initial location proposed on SS, south side of village

  • Next steps

    • Design to be made

    • Take to village, and property owner, if on private property

      • Appears to be on village property

        • No permit required per Bill Koepp

      • Roger Olson says no issue, should probably bring to village mtg

    • Calculate estimated cost, so amount to be raised in known

    • Donation boxes at member businesses for sign.

      • Have a graphic on the box/can and information about the sign.

• Next event/fundraiser

  • Camerama

    • Parade

      • Charge floats to be in the parade. $35/each, discount for members $25

      • Route to be longer, the same as the Christmas parade route

      • Announcing the parade to be on the library side of the road

      • Proposed date/time June 2nd 11am

    • Bartending

      • Tip jar to raise funds for sign?

    • Pickleball group is interested in tournament if they can organize, otherwise, next year would be a go

New Business

• Street sale – September 21st 9am-3pm

  • Banner to go across street sale

    • Blackmarx to order

    • “Music provided by CBA”

  • Close road, vendors in road

    • Ariel photo with booth spaces (Ben will do) 20-45

  • Band?

    • Greg will reach out to Westin – 3hrs (11-2) – $350ish

    • Stage or platform? Old hay wagon (Paul Bayer/Mitch Hanson)?

  • No booth for the CBA

  • Ugly dog parade?

  • Blackmarx will sell Cameron, WI merch & donate 20% of sales to CBA

  • If weather bad, can sell hot chocolate & coffee
